A Fine Time in Hidyho

These happy faces are proof of the great day that we had going to Cave Falls.
Seth is sitting a rock next to the Fall River. The water was icy cold and Seth got his shoes back on quick.

This is a shot of millions of purply blue flowers. There wwere several meadows like this one and they were all breathtaking.

A grand view of the Tetons. Notice how much snow still covers them.

There was a large pine tree that angled out over the river. Of course Seth had to climb it. This is a shot of him descending.

This is the ascension shot. I wondered how many hundreds of kids have climbed this old pine.

Seth is heading back up the trail. He dressed to blend in with the scenery.

Seth and I are leaving the Cave Fall area.
Seth and Zack had a real fun boy time trying to skip rocks . They spent many minutes fnding the perfect stones to skip.

Here is another shot of Seth. I like this pose because you can see how beautiful and long his feet have become.

This view shows the falls. The roar of that much water falling was very loud. We had to speak up to hear each other.

A triumphant Seth.

The river was so full Zack and Seth climbed over the rocks and entered into the famous cave at Cave Falls. Seth was eager to go right on climbing.

This shot is at the upper part of the falls. We are looking at the water before it goes over the rocks.

Seth and I hugging each other in congratulations. He had helped me down an ankle twisting path.

Seth is looking out over the river .
